COMPLIANCE OFFICER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assisting on the clients’ account openings

• Monitoring calls & transactions / reviewing websites’ content

• Carrying out specific projects and research related to ongoing monitoring of clients

• Providing support to members of the compliance team in order to fulfill the group’s reporting obligations

• Assist with the compliance functions of the company’s subsidiary in Germany

• Liaise with the relevant regulators when needed (BaFin, CySEC)

• Performing reviews in accordance with the group compliance policies and procedures to assess the group’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations

• Any other duties as assigned by Management. 

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting and /or any other similar field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Any other language shall be considered as an advantage

• Good teamwork and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Sound computer skills

  • Manage relationship with Prime Brokers, Liquidity Providers Clearing Counterparties and Technology Vendors
  • Ensure the correct functioning of all trading systems and platforms
  • Arrange and monitor credit lines with clients and clearing counterparties
  • Oversee daily risk settlement exposure and co-ordinate daily settlements
  • Monitor the daily bank reconciliations between clients, trading platforms and bank accounts
  • Implement central clearing and multi-party arrangements and documentation for institutional clients and counterparties
  • Monitor activity in world markets on a continuous basis.
  • Develop and roll-out Spot-FX, CFD’s, Swaps, Forwards, Futures, Options, and Fixed Income,
  • Build positive and effective internal relationships with Management and all other Departments
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, honesty, diligence and loyalty towards the Company
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the Head of Brokerage Department in all brokerage-related business activities
  • Preparing reports for the needs of the department
  • Establishing contacts with individual or institutional clients via phone or e-mail as well as answering and processing inquiries from the same
  • Ongoing communication with the Company’s partners, liquidity and software providers
  • Creating reports for regulatory bodies, inserting data, maintaining information and updating the Database
  • Storing and archiving information accumulated and gathered in the Brokerage Department
  • Informing management immediately in the event of any attempt to access the data base by third parties, failure of technical equipment or in the event of incorrect data input.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • University degree in finance, economics or a related field
  • Good computer literacy – especially MS Excel
  • High level of attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Willingness to learn more in the area of finance

CONSIDERED AS SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES:
